This beachfront apartment is located in the quiet area on the island Vir and offers space for 2-3 persons. The apartment is located on a spacious estate. In the courtyard of the house, for common use, there is a jacuzzi and a barbecue with an outdoor area for hanging out. The nearest beach is about 10m distanced from the house. The 45 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of a kitchen with dining and living area, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one more person. From the living area you can reach onto a 10 m² terrace with sea view. There is a private parking lot in the yard of the house. A restaurant and supermarket can be found in just a few meters distance.
