This charming house is ideal for 4 persons and is located in a quiet area of Privlaka, just 400 m of beautiful beach along the promenade. One of the most beautiful natural resources of Privlaka are certainly its beaches and bays. The apartment in a detached ground floor of 40m² is divided into a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two separate beds) and one bathroom with a shower. The living room opens onto a furnished terrace with a seating area of 20 m², which is surrounded by natural greenery, the chirping of birds and the smell of pine trees. Other features of this apartment include air conditioning, wireless internet, television, parking, washing machine, and an outdoor area for sunbathing and children playing. The house is located in a narrow cul-de-sac so there are no worries about a busy road. The shop is only a few minutes’ walk away (200m). The nearest restaurant is located in the center of the town where you can find all the necessary facilities during your vacation at a distance of 1700m.

We stayed at the house in July with two children. You get the whole house to yourself. The garden is quite big. You get a barbeque and a big table. Children managed to find turtles in the garden and were very happy about that. There were also lizards and lots of birds. You can enjoy the sea view from the garden and we have seen some spectacular sunsets. The closest local rocky beach is 5 minutes away. Plisa sandy beach is about 15 minutes away. It's a lovely and friendly neighborhood with many friendly locals. You can buy fresh tomatoes and one friendly gentleman gave our children some sweet figs from his garden. Local walks are very pleasant. There are many shops just a short drive away. The apartment is spacious and has all you need.
