Diese moderne Villa mit Pool für 6-8 Personen befindet sich in der Gegend der Insel Vir namens Straža. Die Villa mit einer Gesamtwohnfläche von 100 m² befindet sich auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück von 200 m². Der Wohnbereich der Villa besteht aus 2 Wohnungen. Die erste Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern (eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten) und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die zweite Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. In beiden Wohnzimmern, in beiden Wohnungen, gibt es eine Schlafcouch für eine weitere Person. Im Innenhof der Villa befindet sich ein Swimmingpool (22,5 m²) ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm und Außendusche sowie eine überdachte Terrasse 12 m² mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Klimaanlage, WLAN-Internetzugang, Sat-TV, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Babybett und Hochstuhl sowie Parkplätz auf dem Grundstück stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Geschäft und Restaurant befinden sich in einer Entfernung von 350 m und das Zentrum der Insel Vir in einer Entfernung von 2000 m. Der nächste Strand, Strand Miljkovica, befindet sich in einer Entfernung von 450 m von diesem Anwesen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnungen, in der Nähe vom Meer. Ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg bis ins Stadtzentrum. Es war eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber möglich, so dass flexibel ein- und ausgecheckt werden konnte.
