This newly renovated apartment for 6 persons is located on the island of Vir called Žitna, 600m from the pebble beach. The apartment (90 m²) is located on the 1st floor of the house and is divided into a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (with a double bed), a bathroom with a shower, and extra separate toilet. The apartment has a spacious roofed and furnished balcony of 47 m². Air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine and safe are just some of the features of this apartment. There are parking spaces and grill area in the yard of the house. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. The distance to the center is 1200m.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen Gäste in dieser Unterkunft. Wenn es ginge, würden wir zehn Sterne vergeben. Die Unterkunft ist absolut sauber, großzügig in der Fläche und sehr modern eingerichtet. Man hat wirklich alles was man benötigt. Eine modern ausgestattete Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach usw.), Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen ebenso zur Verfügung. Der große Balkon und die Aussicht sind ebenfalls super. Bei Ankunft wurde man sofort herzlich von den Vermietern willkommen geheißen und zum Grillen eingeladen. Auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes wurde immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder ob man etwas benötigt. Man fühlte sich einfach wirklich willkommen und es gab immer Zeit für tolle Unterhaltungen. Bessere Vermieter kann man sich wirklich nicht wünschen. Alleine dafür würden wir schon 10 Sterne vergeben.

Otroligt fint boende. Rent, fräscht, stort, modernt, enorm balkong, rymliga sovrum, välutrustat kök, badrum med allt man behöver så som tvättmaskin, hårtork osv. Hotellkänsla med bäddning, handdukar, små tvålar i badrummet. De propagera kylen med vatten och öl så man har lite innan man hinner handla. Lyxig kaffemaskin. Listan kan göras jättelång. Vi älskade detta boende! Vi var 3 vuxna, 3 barn och en bebis och det funkade jättebra. Men det som stack ut och som verkligen är utöver det vanliga är värdarna - dottern som tog emot oss och visade allt, pappan som erbjöd sig att grilla åt oss, mamman som kom med spjälsängar m.m. Denna gästvänlighet hittar man inte någon annanstans. Vi kände oss så välkomna och uppassade. 10-15 min promenad till fin strand. Man kan promenera till centrum på 20-30 min, men det finns inte alltid trottoar (var inte optimalt med barnvagn i mörkret 😅). Rekommenderar detta boende starkt till barnfamiljer. Vi kommer själva besöka det igen!

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a pan domácí velice ochotný a přátelský.Tohle ubytování můžu jen a jen doporučit všem ostatním. je to velice klidné místo oproti první řadě u moře. Tímto bych chtěl ještě jednou pozdravit pana domácího a jeho rodinu a říci jen děkujeme moc za krásné chvíle s vámi.Marek.
