This apartment is situated just 150 m from a pebble beach in the area of Vir called Lučica. The 50 m² apartment on the first floor of the house ideal for 4 persons is divided into a living and dining area with a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a double bed for two persons. From the living area you can reach onto a spacious 10 m² and common furnished balcony. A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet access and barbecue in the courtyard are among the other features.
The distance to the restaurant is just 150 m, to the shop 600 m and to the center of the Island of Vir is 1300 m. The parking space is located in the yard of the house (one car behind the other).

Ubytovanie je na pomer ceny a polohy apartmánov vynikajúce. Vhodné aj pre rodiny s deťmi hlavne pre obrovskú terasu a pozvoľne klesajúcu hĺbku mora. Pani domáca je veľmi príjemná a náš pobyt ňou nebol ničím rušený.
